Control panel with digital setworks controls blade position and ensure accurate height positioning of the saw wheels when setting cut thickness. Each blade has its own setworks panel and is controlled and run independently using the digital controls or manual up/down buttons. Once the blades are adjusted for the cut, the blade is engaged and material is fed through the machine. Cants and boards up to 400 mm wide and 250 mm high are placed onto the rugged, electric driven conveyor belt with a variable feed adjustment from 5 to 25 meters per minute for optimal processing of various sized and type of material. Pneumatic hold down rollers and an idle top roller keep material secure as it moves through the machine. Material is continually fed through the machine until processing is complete. Blade tension is automatic in order to maintain proper tensioning for longer blade life.
